P&D supports our OEM customers with a range of services designed specifically for OEM digital photo frame, ebook reader, electronic cigarette, table PC/MID. These services include consulting, manufacturing, branding, technical support, and product repair.

Consulting
P&D offers pre-sales consulting that includes the technical analysis of your product objectives. Each consultation provides recommendations on how to apply products and technologies to achieve your goals. P&D engineers have helped many companies accelerate their product development, and deliver competitive products to market. This process begins with a consultation by an P&D OEM Product Manager.

Manufacturing
P&D supplies complete manufacturing solutions for a wide range of computer products. We can provide manufactured components that are assembled at your facilities, or you can outsource assembly and testing and have P&D manufacture a complete ready-to-ship product.

Branding
Branding includes screen printing on product front panels and shipping boxes, relabeling technical documentation, and other customisations that make your product uniquely yours. Branding is very important because customers need an easy way to distinguish your products from the products offered by other manufacturers. P&D offers product branding as a part of its standard manufacturing services.

Technical Support
P&D offers technical support to developers who would require assistance with their technical issues. In some cases, OEM digital photo frame support provides help for developers who need assistance troubleshooting problems with their development efforts. In other cases, technical support means next tier support for your technical support team. Either way, the P&D support team will show you why we are rated "best in the industry" by customers.

Product Repair
P&D provides warranty repair services under the terms of the associated product warranty. Repair services are also available for non-warranty repairs with standard costs for parts and labour. P&D provides warranty and non-warranty repair services for components, as well as complete systems.


Research and Development


We have developed a strong
 R&D team of more than 30 persons in Shenzhen, China. Most of them have postgraduate qualifications and professional certificates, and more than 3 years' experience in digital products industry averagely. We can develop a new product satisfactory enough to be put into production every two months to meet market demands.On average, they introduce 1 to 3 new items every month. 



Quality Control

QA/QC Introduction

Our Q&C department has 40 senior engineers, all of whom have professional knowledge, abundant operating experience and original thinking related to the electronic cigarette, ebook reader, digital photo frame, Mobile Internet Devices field. 

We operate a stringent quality control system throughout our production processes and every electronic products must pass a 72-hour, 5 - step testing process. 

Our quality system comprises of: 
1) IQC (Incoming Quality Control) 
2) IPQC (In-Process QC) 
3) IDQC (In-Depot QC) 
4) ODQC (Out-Depot QC) 
5) QA (Quality Assurance) 

Our QA/QC Department performs strict quality control measures on all incoming main boards, spare parts and throughout our entire production process to ensure the high quality of every products. 

Pursuing the goal of 'No Defect on Quality, No Claim from Customers,' we will continue to follow international standards to provide customers with satisfactory products.
